Herbalife Eating Plan

Time

Meals, snacks and drinks

Pay close Attention

7.00 am

Warm Herbalife Tea.

Preparation:

1 flat-spoon Tea-mix with 250ml of warm water to drink first thing in the morning.


Use the Herbalife spoon size#2 from the largest for Tea measurement.

8.00 am

BREAKFAST: 1 Herbalife Shake.

Preparation:

Use 300-350 ml cold-mineral water plus 3-4 FLAT SCOOP of F1 powder and add 3-4 cubes of ice and blend/shake vigorously until ice is fully crushed/melted.

DO NOT USE WARM or HOT WATER to
make the shake. Use spoon size#1

You may add 200ml soya-milk to 150-200ml mineral water.


9-12 noon

Drink water (finish) 500ml -1 liter of water with 1-2 scoops of Tea-mix added every 30-45mins

Use a 1-liter water tumbler and add 2 scoops of tea mix and drink every 30mins.

12.30/1pm

LUNCH
Eat your normal food but eat more protein, fresh veggies and fruits.

Drink the Tea mix with warm/cold water as your beverage.

(REPLACE with another SHAKE for LOSE WEIGHT PROGRAM)



It is a healthy to start your lunch with salad & fruits FOLLOWED by your main course.

4.00 pm

Drink warm/cold tea-mix with a light healthy snack (oat meals/fruits)

This will keep healthy metabolic rate

7.00 pm

DINNER

Eat your normal food BUT reduce the RICE portion by 25%. Eat lots of veg, fruits and protein


Do NOT eat dinner later then 4 hours before your bedtime.

8-10 pm

Drink warm/cold water, 250ml before bedtime.

Your daily water intake should be at least 1.5 liters
